Multi-device login

The Nexconn messaging service supports simultaneous connections from multiple devices for the same user account. You can configure multi-device policies to control how the service handles concurrent sessions.

Supported platforms

The service recognizes the following platform categories:

  • Mobile: iOS, Android
  • Desktop/Web: Web

How multi-device affects messaging

When multiple devices are online simultaneously:

  • All devices receive incoming messages in real time.
  • Sent messages are synchronized to other devices.
  • Channel status changes (read status, do-not-disturb settings, etc.) sync across devices.
