Multi-device message sync

When a user is online on multiple devices simultaneously, the Nexconn messaging service synchronizes messages across all active sessions.

How message sync works

  • When a user sends a message from one device, the message is delivered to all other devices logged in with the same account.
  • When a user receives a message, all active devices receive it.
  • Message read status and channel unread counts sync across devices.

Configuration

Multi-device message sync is enabled by default when the multi-device online policy allows concurrent sessions. Configure Message synchronization under Chat > Chat settings > Multi Client on the Console.
