Open channel service configuration
Configure open channel services and features through the Console before integrating open channels into your application.
Before you test or integrate open channels, prepare an existing openChannelId first. The Web Chat SDK can join an open channel by ID, but it does not provide a client API to create open channels. Create the channel in advance through your app server or the Server API.
