Multi-device support
Multi-device concurrent access allows the same user account to connect to the Nexconn IM service from multiple platforms at the same time. This is supported by default and requires no additional activation.

By default, messages are not synced across devices. For example, if a user is signed in on both Web and mobile, a message received on Web is not delivered to the mobile device. To sync messages across devices, enable Multi-device Message Sync.
Concurrent login limits
By default, the same account can be online on up to one device per platform category.
